Where can I see the Wildcat Juicer in action? 
There are a number of stockist like Selfridges on Oxford Street, London, who have live product demonstrations where you can see the Wildcat in action and purchase them there and then. No need to wait in for delivery.

Can the Wildcats juice wheatgrass? 
Yes both the JX100 and JX200 can juice wheatgrass and all leafy greens very effectively.

How does the Wildcat JX100 compare with the Samson GB9001? The Easy Health Wildcat JX100 is built on the same robust technology that has made the Samson so popular. It uses the same reliable high quality motor and bearings which enable us to offer a full 10 year motor warranty.  The new modern styling with the embedded handle make it more attractive in the Kitchen, as well as the new style safer operating switch for increased reliability.

Can I use any of these juicers in a commercial setting? 
No, the Easy Health Wildcat Juicers are designed for domestic use only.

What happens if I loose one of the parts or accidentally break it? 
We generally keep good stocks of spare parts for our products, which can be purchased as the need arises. 

How much will delivery in the UK mainland cost and when will it be delivered? 
Delivery of your wildcat juicer within the UK mainland is FREE and usually arrives on the next working day during business hours.  Our national courier company, Business Post require a signature for every delivery, so please make sure somebody is in to recieve your juicer.  Evening and weekend delivery can be arranged for an additional charge of; £8 for weekday UK delivery from 6pm to 9pm and up to 1pm on Saturdays for £25.

What if I change my mind after the order has been delivered to me? 
If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, you may do so providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and complete with original packing. To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number.   Goods should be returned using a reputable delivery service with proof of delivery.
