AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Easy Health Europe (Wildcat Juicers)
The Wildcat Juicers Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Pannonia Ltd trading as Easy Health Europe.

The Wildcat Juicers Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Wildcat Juicers Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Easy Health Europe has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Easy Health Europe reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Easy Health Europe reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Easy Health Europe reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Easy Health Europe's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Easy Health Europe does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Easy Health Europe specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized Easy Health Europe spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Easy Health Europe.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Easy Health Europe reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Wildcat Juicers Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Wildcat Juicers Web Site. Use of the Wildcat Juicers Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Easy Health Europe as a result of this agreement or use of the Wildcat Juicers Web Site. Easy Health Europe's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Easy Health Europe's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Wildcat Juicers Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Easy Health Europe with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Easy Health Europe with respect to the Wildcat Juicers Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Easy Health Europe with respect to the Wildcat Juicers Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Thinking of returning an item?

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:

• Please call our customer support team on 01707 649033 to arrange returns and/or refunds of all items that you have purchased directly from WildcatJuicers.Com
  
• Please use our Original cardboard box and any other original packaging material to return the item. If you no longer have these, please use a suitable equivalent; include the name of the person who ordered the items and the order number along with a short description of the reason for returning the item.

OUR 30-DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us at your own cost. Items must be in their original condition, returned within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, items must be unused. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item minus any shipping costs. -- see our Refunds Policy below. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

* Note: Our returns guarantee for larger items delivered via specialist courier is limited to 14 days.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

In the event of WildcatJuicers.Com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to WildcatJuicers.Com within 30 days. WildcatJuicers.Com reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which WildcatJuicers.Com confirms we will issue a replacement.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

OUR REFUNDS POLICY
This section describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy on gift refunds and gift certificate refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds:

• When you send your item back to us we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
  
• You can also view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account after four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
  
• Note: WildcatJuicers.Com cannot generate refunds for items not purchased on our site. Only your retailer or seller can generate a refund for you; please contact the retailer you purchased the goods from in order to obtain a refund.
  Our Returns Support Team will guide you through our Returns Policy and provide you with any further assistance.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN THE SEVEN-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item only and not the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred will not be refunded.
  
• Where you are returning an entire order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
  
• We will not refund postage charges for items delivered outside the UK.
  
• Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
  
• If you use a personalised pre-paid return label, we will deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

ITEMS RETURNED UNDER THE 30-DAY OR 14-DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery (or between seven and 14 days in the case of large electrical items), and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item.  We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.  If you use a personalised pre-paid return label, we will deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

Note: personalised pre-paid return labels are not available for all UK delivery addresses, and they are not available for delivery addresses outside the UK.
