Juicing can become a lifestyle so make the most of it and enjoy your juices and enjoy your road to a new healthy lifestyle.

4 Carrots and 2 apples - High in beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur, this juice is a good way to enjoy carrots if you’re not used to vegetables.  The addition of a little ginger or fennel can dramatically change this juice and make it a real pick me up, after a long night.

2 Apples and 3 Celery sticks – A good source of beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C; calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur, this juice really refreshes and replenishes lost body salts.  Adding some spinach, kale, lettuce or other leafy vegetable turns this into a power packing revitalizing juice loaded with chlorophyll.

Handful of fresh wheatgrass, 1 apple, ginger and ¼ lemon – This juice is probably the ultimate cleanser and only for those looking for maximum benefits with minimum fuss.  Wheatgrass is one of nature’s finest medicines?
It is well recognized as one of the most densely packed nutrient rich foods with a list of benefits so long that many books, articles, studies and reports have been written about it since its re-discovery in the early 1900’s.  Although this juice only makes about 100ml it’s more potent than many juices 10 times its volume.  Drink with caution.  For those with a desperate need to detoxify, or just suckers for punishment taking just 30ml of straight wheatgrass juice will achieve the desired result.  The high chlorophyll content in wheatgrass makes it an ideal detoxifier for heavy metals, with the large variety of minerals and nutrients it can bring balance to even the most abused bodies.  Taking 30ml – 90ml a day for 6 – 8 weeks will usually enable most people to see some significant benefit. Other cereal grasses like barley, rye and oat have also been used with varying results in overall well being.
